I believe that customer service in Australia is, overall, quite poor. Sunbury Collision Centre is really an exception and I was blown away by these guys and the way the place is run. When someone says they’ll ring you back…they do!! Nothing is too much trouble and every single person I’ve dealt with is very customer focused. They make sure you understand if there’s a delay and basically just keep you in the loop all the way through. I’ve just spent a fair bit on my vehicle (which is ageing) and they even threw in a few things for free, which for me is amazing. I just love everything about this place and would recommend it to anyone, whatever it is that their cars need, you truly need to look no further. Best joint around, by far.!!!
